Hi there, let me introduce myself as the chef and owner of True Eats! 👋 My name is Jonathan & my culinary journey began 16 years ago in sunny Southern California with Tender Greens, a fantastic farm-to-table company revolutionizing fast-casual dining. Over seven years, I grew alongside the company as it blossomed from 12 to 32 locations, learning and honing my craft. I even spent the 2018-2020 seasons cooking for the NFL Chargers! Then, 2020 Covid hit, and I was unexpectedly laid off. Thankfully, I married my love in October 2019, and our beautiful daughter Mia arrived in July 2022 – she is one of the biggest inspirations behind my business, True Eats.
